BCSG are speaking at the first Telco Cloud World Forum, North America
BCSG have been invited to attend and present at this year’s Telco Cloud World Forum, providing insights on how cloud applications when combined with other telco services create a compelling customer proposition and new revenue stream.
The North America Telco Cloud World Forum is the first of its kind in this market. Taking place on 7th & 8th October 2014 the Telco Cloud World Forum will bring together leading telco carriers, service providers, brokers, developers & OTTs keen to learn more about cloud services.
Kevin Burke, General Manager, International and Tom Platt, Commercial Director will be representing BCSG at the event. Tom has been on a number of Cloud World Forum panels over the last two years and this time round will be on day two’s firestarter panel “How SaaS can become the real winner for service providers”. Kevin will be presenting on the importance of understanding your customer and responding to their needs.
