BCSG delivers SME support to Optus with Cloud Services delivery platform
London, 19th September 2016: BCSG today announced that it will provide its Cloud Management platform to Optus, Australia’s second largest telecommunications company, to enhance its SME proposition.
Optus Smart Shop will enable Optus to offer a range of market leading SaaS solutions to its customers, including productivity, backup, expense management and CRM applications from ISVs including Microsoft, Sage, and Mozy. The applications will be delivered as white labelled services through BCSG’s cloud services marketplace.
Under this agreement, as well as the provision of its cloud services platform, BCSG will work with Optus to help tightly define its SME proposition by offering SaaS services.
BCSG will help to source and manage SaaS ISV agreements on Optus’s behalf, and also ‘embed’ sales trainers and channel managers in Optus’s business, to help drive its success in the SME market.
